Our property is part of Cottonwood Palo Verde in Sun Lakes which includes a wide range of amenities including golf course, club house with restaurant, pickle ball and tennis courts, community pools and more.
Access to all the Sun Lakes amenities are available for an additional $250 guest pass.
Television
The property is equipped with smart tv’s with multiple apps such as Netflix, Prime, Hulu, Disney+, youtubeTV and more. If you would like to log in under your account, please know it is your responsibility to log out. We do not have cable.
Coffee
Complementary coffee may be available based on availability.
Blankets/Pillows
We have extra blankets and pillows available. If you use them during your stay, please leave out and not put away so our cleaners will know to wash them.
Wildlife & Critters
We do have pest control but due to our location we get our share of bugs and critters outside that come out at night. During certain times of the year mosquitoes can be quite bad so be prepared with bug spray and keep doors and windows closed as much as possible.
Patio Areas
Please enjoy the patio areas at your leisure but when done, be sure all food is brought back inside. Please be sure to keep gates closed as well.
Washer/Dryer
The washer / dryer are located in the entry closet. Feel free to use provided laundry detergent / dryer sheets. We ask you to please make sure to clean the lint trap in the dryer after each use.
