Our fully furnished 1 bedroom homes include a perfectly sized living room, a private bedroom with either a king or queen size bed, a full size kitchen that includes a microwave, refrigerator, stove and many include a dishwasher, as well. You will also find a large walk-in closet, ample storage areas and a private deck. All utilities are free when you stay at Scottsdale Park Suites this includes Cable with HBO, High Speed WiFi, Electricity, Water/Sewer/Trash.

Located just 2 miles from Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Park Suites offers a prime location. We are smoke-free community but we do allow the smaller dogs in select homes. Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office, a laundry facility, a business center and serving up perks every day!

You will enjoy this second floor location; the pool is just outside your front door, your deck faces the largest of our courtyard areas. You are also going to love the close proximity to one of the three grilling stations located throughout the property. You have the added bonus of being only a short walk from the laundry facility. One of our favorite locations.

Furnishings in photo may vary slightly from actual unit. We are a smoke-free community. Suites are ran with a boiler/chiller system which means they either provide heat or cooling- they are not equipped to provide both at the same time. Seasonality may bring weather that fluxgates day to day. During these times we recommend taking the extra steps to keep your suite cool/warm as possible.

Once your reservation request has been completed you will reserve a booking agreement to finalize your stay.
