Approximately 2.5 miles to Westgate, Cardinal Stadium, shopping, restaurants, up and coming Crystal Lagoon Water Park, St Josephs medical center, etc .

This beautifully simplistic 2 bedroom/1 bathroom condo is fully furnished full kitchen with plenty of parking and a private back yard.

The whole property

Located in an older neighborhood close to everything you might need in the Glendale area. Property has enhanced safety features including cameras and exterior lighting. Westgate, Starbucks, chipotle, Jersey Mike’s, outlet mall, Rovey Family Farms, Cardinal Stadium, and Crystal Lagoon Water Park (being developed) all within a few miles. Note: Construction in the lot directly north of unit started May 2022 and construction on the lot at the beginning of the street started in November 2022. This can sometimes cause an increase in traffic and noise during the day. It has only been disruptive to day sleepers.
