Property with potential
The location of the property was great but the property needs attention. The yard is full of weeds and dead plants. The patio around the pool was so full of dirt and weeds, we bought bleach and a push broom to clean it with the hose so we could even walk on it without tracking all that dirt into the pool or the house. The bathroom linens are extremely stained and so we bought our own. We bought our own dish soap, dish cloth and kitchen towels. No table and chairs in the backyard so we supplied our own. the updated bathrooms and kitchen were good. We paid to have the pool heated and it was warm after three days and we enjoyed it for the rest of our 3weeks. Pool lighting at night is beautiful. The barbecue grill was wonderful to have. this property has definite potential but it needs some attention and taking all the garbage patio furniture and leftover pool toys to the landfill etc. The garage had lots of storage for our bicycles, so that was a plus and being close to South Mountain.
