Chelsea Place On The Park - This adorable and spacious newly renovated three bedroom house is located right on Margaret Hance Park in downtown Phoenix. It has incredible views of the park, front porch and patio, shared interior courtyard that is fenced and secure, and a driveway in
the front for parking.  Walk to restaurants and shops.  Phoenix Theatre Company, Phoenix Art Museum, the Heard Museum, Burton Bar Library, light rail, a wonderful dog park and more are just steps away.
