This place was a joke. The appliances are from the 60s I’m thinking original to the house. The dishwasher was broken and full of dirty dishes which I found when I couldn’t find any silverware in the drawer. the kitchen faucet was loose the towel bar in the master bath was loose and pulled out of the wall. The drip pans on the stove were to big so the pans wouldn’t sit flat. The bedroom light wouldn’t stay on. Luckily the beds are newer and comfortable. The tv required two remotes one to turn it on and one to change the channel. The owner didn’t seem to concerned about updating things and not sure when or if he has been to the property lately. Definitely need a better cleaning crew food in and under the drip pans on the stove. The shelves in the fridge were not wiped down. I notified him of these things so hopefully they will get taken care of. Buyer be ware. I also feel Evolves host fee is way overpriced for what you get. The cold air return had 1/4 in of dust.
