Bring the whole family to this great house with lots of room for fun. It is a very warm and spacious home with a beautiful pool outside. This house is located in a convenient, safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. It is only a few minutes to Loop 101, SR. 51, and I-17, as well as a variety of restaurants, supermarkets, shopping centers, convenience stores, and fitness centers just around the corner. Please note, the garage is not for use of house guests. It has a studio located in it for lodging of other guests. The only shared area where you might potentially encounter guests is the driveway and laundry room.

one month stay in March

House as advertised and in safe neighborhood. Cinderblock wall enclosing back yard very nice for pet (dog) owners. Also very close access to large desert for walking a real plus. Negatives are no direct access for mail for extended stays (one month in my case). Had to contact landlord to bring me mail and packages. Other renters living in garage and sharing laundry is spooky.
