Beautiful and centrally located Biltmore area condo in gated community! This highly upgraded and newly remodeled condo offers visitors a great vacation experience. Enjoy peaceful morning coffee or amazing Arizona evenings while sipping cocktails on the patio. There are lots of activities right on premises. There is a heated (year-round) swimming pool and hot tub on property. A fully equipped fitness center and sauna is just steps away. There are barbeque grills throughout the complex for your use, and ramada areas perfect for picnicing or stargazing.

There are so many options if you'd like to venture out and take in the sights and sounds of Scottsdale and the greater Phoenix area. This central location makes it easy to take in all that Arizona has to offer. Immediate neighborhood has many restaurants to choose from and many are within walking distance. A full-service grocery store is within walking distance as well. Multiple golf courses, museums, theaters and all major sporting venues, including Spring Training baseball facilities are close by. Also close to Grand Canyon University, Waste Management Open/TPC Golf Course, Barrett Jackson Car Show/Auction, Talking Stick Resort & Casino, Indoor Skydiving, Top Golf, Medieval Times, Fashion Square Mall, Kierland Commons, Old Town Scottsdale and just a 10 minute drive from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport and downtown Phoenix. Very easy access to highways. For a day trip, head north to check out the Grand Canyon, which is about a 3.5 hour drive or perhaps the red rocks of Sedona, which is a 2.5 hour drive. The Wild West town of Tombstone is about a 3 hour drive south.

The condo was immaculately clean. The hosts were very clear with all of their directions, so entering and exiting the property was smooth. There were enough shops nearby including a grocery store which we shopped in for food. We saw the pool but did not have time to use it.

This place was absolutely lovely. Only had one question and it was answered quickly. Love the decor. Celebrated our 3 year anniversary in Phoenix and this oasis of a condo is literally close to everything. The bedroom had a little view of the pool and the residents were very nice friendly and helpful. I will visit again and this will be my top choice for somewhere to stay.

Great management and communications, very well equipped, full kitchen, easy check in, very clean. Would definitely stay again. Just a note: the balcony has no real view and overlooks the pool pumps and equipment, so it is noisy if you sit outside.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo! Clean and quiet! The underground parking was awesome, close to the elevator for easy access and hauling our luggage in/out. The pool was refreshing with lots of shade from the trees around it. Would stay again if we return to the area! Thank you!

Perfect Biltmore spot

Great great location. Condo is 1 minute to complex’s pool which has lots of sun and lots of big shade trees. Gas grill is just as close. Underground parking kept the car cool. Unit is great one bedroom, very updated.

Better than a hotel!

We were in town for 3 nights for a family event. This condo was very clean and comfortable! Communication with the host was very easy. Directions to the property were detailed and clear. Underground parking was a huge plus, as it was at least 105 every day of our stay. We did not use the pool, but it looked lovely. I did use the small gym, which was a nice plus. Very convenient location! Walking distance to a grocery store and several restaurants. Would highly recommend!

As an owner of a vacation rental and a very frequent traveler, I have a pretty high standard for short term rentals and this one checked all the boxes. This apartment is so well equipped I would like to give it more than 5 stars! It's nicely decorated and all furniture is comfortable. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking and serving. Incredibly clean! Public spaces are immaculate - pool sparkling - parking reserved - gated community. Walk to grocery store and restaurants. Flexible management - we will stay here again.

Loved everything about this rental!

Our family was in town for a soccer tournament. We were looking for a rental that was centrally located, near shopping/restaurants, had nice amenities, and was easy/breezy. This rental checked all of the boxes - great location, condo was nicely furnished, easy access across the board (into the complex, condo, pool/gym). What I loved was the little things like a cooler, laundry basket, night lights. Check in/out was easy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Lots of space in this unit that was everything shown on vrbo. Nice furnishings and well stocked, plus the convenience of a garage. location is excellent for walking, shopping, and restaurants. Very up-scale area.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful condo! It is immaculate, very spacious and exquisitely decorated with attention to detail and comfort.
