We had one of the best hosts we've ever encountered in all our years of using VRBO. The property was ideally located—close to major attractions, shopping centers, and restaurants—which made exploring Phoenix incredibly convenient. Check in and check out process was really easy. We arrived after dark so it was a little harder to find the right building as the area is not well lit at night. Convenient parking directly in front of the building. Great communication with the host. Convenient location within walking distance to Old Town shops, restaurants and Fashion Square Mall.

Great golfing week

Very nice centralized property, close to many activities. The whole building complex appears dated, but the condo itself looks like it has been upgraded and renovated. Very comfortable and clean.

Weekend get away

The condo was great, inside was newly remodeled, and they had everything we needed. Location was perfect, close to a grocery store, and short drive to downtown Scottsdale. An added bonus is a nice trail close by. And our 5 year old enjoyed the pool

Unit was clean and ready for our stay. Updated and had a nice feel to it. Owners were very responsive and communication was good. There were some nice extras for us, including a small cooler and some clean beach towels. The condo complex is older, but the grounds were nicely taken care of. Fitness center could use a redo, and was not especially clean.

Scottsdale stay

We went Scottsdale to get a break from winter. Upon arrival we learned that the pool would be closed during our stay for maintenance. Super disappointing as we were planning on enjoying the sunshine and the pool. The condo was nice. The only complaint that I have besides no pool usage was hair on the floor in the bathroom.outside the master shower.
