Unfortunate review

There were so many pluses about this listing. Great location, lovely pool area, responsive owner. However, it was just not clean. The bathtubs were dirty and impossible to clean. We were there for a month and there were no brushes in the bathrooms to clean the toilets. The carpets in the bedrooms were disgustingly filthy and should be ripped out. My husband and I had chest congestion and persistent coughs which miraculously disappeared when we arrived home. The kitchen was under equipped. Not even salt and pepper. In summary, it is unfortunate to give such a bad review but cleanliness is the most important thing.

Nice condo in a great location

The condo was great. It was close to everything we needed. Just a few blocks away from Hwy 51 so very easy to get around. The condo complex was very clean, the pool and hot tub were a great option that we used daily. Our host was fantastic. We had an issue in one of the bathrooms and our host Alyona was quick to respond and had the issue fix right away, couldn't ask for anything better then that. Will come back next time we are in Phoenix
