Pool & Hot Tub / GAME ROOM / BBQ / Putting Green / 7 king beds (or 14 twin beds), plus 1 queen or total 15 total beds

** For extra large group (and for extra charges), there is a back house on the property that is now available. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. Please feel free to inquire if you would like a connecting property, totaling 14 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms in all.

THE CACTUS CASA

Our larger-than-life Cactus property is quite the impressive remodel. The spacious corner lot provides plenty of room, and the extra lower level allows for comfortable accommodations for even the largest of groups. Great location, close to major freeways, golf courses, and shopping centers makes this immaculate home even more desirable.

HOUSE RULES:

* No parties - i.e. bachelor/bachelorette parties due to noise, parking and property damage issues. No Exceptions.

*Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.

*No DJs on back patio area or guest provided sound systems. Guests can use host provided sound system.

*Minimum age to rent is 28.

* The fee is $100 per extra hour, early arrival or late check-out, Sometimes this is not possible when the property is booked on the day of your arrival of the day of departure. Please understand that our cleaners and caretaker need the full 6 hours to clean and prepare the home.

*Base rate is set for up to 9 people. Rates are $40 per person per day for over 9 guests

We had a group of 24 adults and there was plenty of comfortable space for everyone. The large kitchen and dining spaces inside and out, were incredible. There wasn’t a kitchen item we could come up with that could be added, it had absolutely everything we wanted. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. The outdoor space was a show stopper and where we enjoyed lots of great pool time relaxing on the rafts available. Everyone voted to come back again asap! Thank you Doug and Kelli for great communication and to Paul for making check-in and house orientation a breeze!

We stayed for four nights with large family and 4 generations. There was something for everyone to enjoy. (Pool, hot tub, putting green, ping pong, air hockey, pool table…) The fire pits were great at night. Loved huge dining table for all of us to sit around. Used grill and Blackstone in the backyard.My dad described it like being on a cruise. We had access to everything we needed and didn’t have to go anywhere.

Such an amazing and well appointed house. We had 6 couples stay to celebrate a 60th birthday for a long weekend. The place has everything you possibly need. 90th Birthday Bash

We took our entire family to celebrate my mom's 90th Birthday including 8 great grandchildren 9 and under. From the beginning of booking our trip , arrival and during our stay the host and manager were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable . The accommodations were perfect for our family! The house is very clean and well-appointed along with a wonderful pool, game room , etc.... I highly recommend Cactus Casa.
