Ask for a high floor or room in the front

Had the misfortune of being assigned a room on the second floor overlooking the alley. Wake up to pour dumpster truck slamming dumpsters in the alley right next to us. Other complaint is towels seem a bit on the worn out or chinch side given the pricing of this hotel. Can’t beat the location or staff professionalism, however. This was not our first time staying here, wonder how we got allocated the alley cat room..

Great location in Old Town Scottsdale. Beds were comfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. Rooftop pool was nice and parking was convenient with places to charge electric vehicles.
