You will have access to the entire property, except the hall closet with keypad which is kept locked for supplies and storage. You will also have access to the hall closet with a sliding door which you will find a First Aid Kit, Flashlights, Iron, Ironing Board, Steamer, Pack 'n' Play, High Chair, Swiffer Mop and Vacuum.

The Console located in the Dining Room has board games, playing cards and books.

It is a private residence with a carport and private hot tub.

Extra Bath Towels, Pool Towels and extra Bedding are located in the hallway.

Please do not flush ANYTHING other than toilet paper down the toilet.

We kindly ask that you do not smoke or vape anything inside the house. Any sign of smoking inside the house will result in a $1,000 fine.

Dogs are welcome on an approved basis (under 40lbs, 2 Small MAX, no cats please). Please notify us ahead of time. Please clean up after your pets. Any damages will incur a Fee after damages are assessed.

Quiet neighborhood close to the Papago Buttes and the Botanical Gardens. Enough room for the six of us and use of the hot tub and pingpong table extra bonus. All the supplies we needed too.

What a great place- loved the location, coffee and tea, updated throughout with wonderful hot tub! Tons of space, very clean and host sent maintenace immediately when we thought the door lock wasn't working- it was working fine- our error. Highly recommend if you need a place!

My family and I spent the week of Thanksgiving at this location and we had a blissful time. The house is airy, lighted, spacious, clean, comfortable, and the backyard is beautiful. The oversized hot-tub was wonderful! Also, Shimon, the host, was a pleasure to communicate with. He's proactive and courteous. To be sure, based on the location and in the pictures, we didn't expect this place would be so nice, but it was! In person, the house and backyard look better than in the pictures. Obviously, it was not all perfect, there were one or two minor inconveniences, but that didn't distract us from enjoying ourselves and the place. The neighborhood is truly safe, quiet, and close to everything, including the beautiful Papago Park and its walking trails. I also saw the Scottsdale troller and the Tempe shuttle going by the adjacent street (College/68th), which can be pleasant trip options to visit either town. Thanks, Shimon!

Great Place

Can't say enough about this place. We (two couples) were there for a women's senior softball tournament and this place was five minutes from the Papago Softball Complex. It's also close to everything else. The pictures portray the inside and outside of the house to the "T". One bonus is that the guess bathroom tub is larger than the standard tub you see in hotels. Which s really nice when you want to take an ice bath after playing softball all day. There was also a cabinet in the dining room that contained a lot of games. When at the house, we did not use the TV's because we love to play card games. But each room had their own TV. The back yard was great, and the photos say it all. If in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area again, I would not hesitate to stay at this place again.
