Absolutely no pets w/o approval. If there is excessive pet hair or dog waste left upon departure, a $50 fee. Quiet Hours between 9pm-6am
No parties or gatherings. No unauthorized guests in the pool due to liability reasons. No Smoking/Vaping inside the house. No Drugs allowed
No Glass containers allowed in the pool or on the pool deck If garage door opener is lost or broken, there will be a $200 fee for replacement.

Lovely property conveniently located to almost anything you might need. The host provides a well stocked kitchen, outdoor grill & full laundry facilities.The host is easy to work with and very accommodating if unforeseen circumstances arise. I only recommend this property for a delightful stay in the Surprise area.

Very straightforward stay comfortable and great communication. The pool is mostly shaded all day but for Phoenix that may be a plus for many. My only issue was walking into synthetic fragrance plugins. (I’m very sensitive to them) Removed from each room and we went out and mostly gone by bedtime and gone the next day. All conveniences in the kitchen. Plenty of pool towels. 4 bath towels for the two of us, but did a wash and all was well. Loves being able to put rental in garage. We had a Tacoma and it was tight. Good stay!
