standalone guest studio in residential area in sunlakes, so don't expect to walk to anything but the clubhouse....very quiet day/night....good communication....great stop between airport and drive south to sedona, accurate descrption, TIP: turn on hot water in sink before you jump into the shower.

This casita is perfect! I needed a place to stay for my cousin’s wedding and i recommended this place to all my family members for when they have other guests visiting (:The temperature is well maintained and the shower is great too! The bed is a pullout couch and I thought it was comfy enough for a 3 night stay (: This is a great little spot!!

Great hosts, simple check-in, clean and cozy spot. The kitchen is more of a kitchenette, but we had everything we needed and for the price point this was an excellent stay! We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and walkability. We weren’t able to use the fitness center, but it is nice that was an option.

Was visiting some friends in the area that come down for 10 days, once a year. Great place to stay. Free PASS to community fitness center & pools too. Sun Lakes is an awesome city also....look up its history.

We absolutely LOVED staying at the Casita. Hosts were very accommodating and respectful of our privacy. The unit itself was very clean and despite it being a pull out couch as a bed… the bed itself was quite comfortable with a memory foam mattress and memory foam pillows. Everything was exactly as described. The street and outside noise was nonexistent and we were able to get great sleep. Highly recommend staying here.
Private entrance - hosts used a side gate during our stay.

This Casita was beyond perfect. Have stayed in many Vrbos and this Casita is second to none. Everything about this place is exceptional. It was clean, roomy, but what makes this place special was the attention to details. Charming place and highly recommend it.

This casita is sooo cute and perfect for a solo traveler or couple. The hosts left a bunch of little travel goodies in case you needed something on ( which was perfect because i forgot my toothpaste!) Its about 30 mins from downtown Pheonix so keep that in mind when planning your trip. However, there are tons of different places to hike and shop nearby. The fold out bed was not difficult to operate at all. Wi-fi was easy to connect and supported our devices. Definitely would stay here again!
