Communication was non-existent. We did not get check-in instructions until 2.5 hours after check-in time. I sent multiple messages through the app, text messages and phone calls without respond. I had to call VRBO customer service to help once they were able to communicate with the host then I received my check-in instructions. Also hair dryer and toilet paper were listed as available items in the apartment. There was no toilet paper (we went to Walmart to buy some) and there was not a hair dryer. Towels had stains so we bought some at Walmart as well. We went down to the gym to use the gym area. It was after 9 PM, gym was locked and not available, host said someone has to be in there to let you in as they were waiting for new key entry cards. Many kitchen necessities are not available.
