Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes to stay dates, including changes that result in a shortened stay, are not permitted within 30 days of arrival, and any such changes will result in a penalty. Cancellations or changes that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

The home is very well maintained and had a very homey appearance. Lots of towels and comfortable beds. From the decor to the sofa pillows and throws we felt very much at home. The kitchen was very well stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet and neighbors very friendly. It is close to all you need for shopping.

Gem of a home in fountain hills

This lovely, quiet home was very clean and comfortable. It felt homey, with original artwork and colorful accents. The furniture was attractive, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. I will definitely rent here again, if I’m in the area.

The check in was ridiculous. The phone number listed on the email went to a different rental agency. They had to patch is into the correct company. Who then said they couldn't get the check in code to us because they were driving. Sent us to another person, all while waiting in the 92 degree sun (we were on bikes, no car for ac) she made is wait while she composed a text with the information, instead of just telling us while on the phone. The home itself was very clean and quiet.

The house was very nice, in a good neighborhood, close to stores, Fountain Park and trail hikes. The master bedroom was pitch black and very quiet and good for sleeping. Night lights were there, if needed. It had a good heat/AC system, well stocked kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, everything you might need, except food. It was 10 times better than a hotel. We will definitely stay there again. There were some communication glitches and confusion regarding the check in procedure and check out instructions.

Getaway in Fountain Hills

Nice place with 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Close to town center and easy neighborhood to walk. Crumbs were found on kitchen counters, stove and refrigerator. Grill needed to be cleaned as well. Front door lock was a challenge and maintenance guy stopped by next day to resolve. Brian the maintenance guy was great! Outside patio and front door could have been swept up. Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. Overall great stay, just wished it was a bit cleaner.

All the thoughtful touches and the well-stocked kitchen are so nice. Super clean environment, comfortable beds and furniture, fun decor, and a nice patio with a grill made us feel at home. The location is near restaurants and parks, and a 10-minute drive from Fort McDowell, a beautiful place. Communication with the rental company was excellent. All in all, a great place to stay!
