Due to a schedule conflict I had to change our date of arrival - not a problem they said. We received an email asking us how our checkin was 3 days before our arrival. I thought oh no they got the change of dates wrong. Tried calling them on the Google number listed - oops it goes to a plumber. Tried another number w success. I did mention this to the hotel Staff so hopefully they have corrected this issue and have the correct phone number now listed. The hotel is under renovation so I could not give them a 5. The room was very comfortable w all the amenities you could want (fridge & microwave). The AC was cold. Beds soft. Plenty of pillows. Slightly noisy w the road right outside. Breakfast was the HUGE hit !! Bacon and eggs and waffles and oh so much more. Lots of choices. Easy on and off the interstate. Would stay here again.

To start, this property is on the "wrong side of the tracks" if you catch my drift. Right next to the freeway so you hear traffic all night. Directly across from a dispensary, and within a mile of not 1, not 2, but 3 strip clubs. So if that's what you're looking for, this place would be a dream for you. On top of that, the hotel was in absolute disarray. It's undergoing "renovation" but really just looks like they're trying to cover up that it's completely outdated and falling apart. It was filthy inside and out. There was hair on my bathroom floor and sheets, and an empty condom wrapper under one of the beds. This is the only hotel I've ever stayed at where they didn't provide soap, so I was washing my hands and body with shampoo. Thankfully I only had to stay one night, less than 9 hours, or I would have cancelled and spent twice as much to stay elsewhere. The front desk guy was nice, at least.

Mattress was too hard. Building under construction. Pool closed. Bathroom sink faucet stuff. Toilet paper rack fell apart. Smoke alarm over bed chirped every 42 seconds from Saturday afternoon thru checkout Sunday. Called front desk about it Saturday eve. They didn’t care and didn’t send anyone to fix it. No soap for shower either day.
