Four days and three nights here were nothing short of amazing. From the moment my family and I walked in we were met by the most friendly guy at the front desk. Coolidge was very informative and friendly. He made great recommendations for place around the hotel and asked how our stay was going. Same in the evening when Rich came in. He always made sure our stay was comfortable. The ladies who took care of breakfast were on it! Always hot and even with a rush got food out hot and fast. They also stayed open a little longer to make sure everyone had a chance to eat. The housekeeping was also incredible. They made sure we had fresh clean towels along with all other refills/ things we needed during our stay. With two kiddos we visited the pool a lot and there were always towels there and the maintenance guy was always checking on the pool to make sure it was clean and safe. Overall this was an incredible stay thanks to Coolidge, Rich and everyone there. Highly recommend stay. Thanks again!

This hotel is fine if you need a quick stay close to the airport. We were only here one night as we had a flight to catch the next morning. It’s a bit dated and the door to our room was not really working properly which didn’t feel super safe. However, the outdoor pool is very nicely heated and we could swim with our child in the cool March air. So that was a bonus. The included breakfast was handy too.

The hallways and our room smelled like dog urine. We are extremely allergic to dogs. I will do better to make sure I do not book another pet friendly hotel in the future.

Check in was smooth and easy. The shower curtain rod was broken and wouldn’t allow the curtain to fully close. The door handle to the room (on the inside) fell off when we attempted to open the door to leave. For the almost $300 per night, this room was not worth it.

At best, an “average hotel”,

I was disappointed by this hotel in spite of the “excellent” rating I saw on the site. We stayed for one night. The left elevator was operation but had towels on its floor with a “caution-wet floor” sign; the back parking lot had a card access door, but the handle was broken so you could not re-enter and would need to walk around to front of building. Bathroom door lock broken, and vent fan likely had never been cleaned. Beds were comfortable and in good condition, and the staff was friendly. For $200 a night plus tax, I expected more, particularly for a hotel rated as ”excellent” on the website.
