We are also located a short drive to the Desert Diamond Casino, Ak Chin Pavilion, Spring Training Fields, Arizona's only Buc-ees..... all the SPORTS, RESTAURANTS, GOLF, HIKING, CONCERTS, and ENTERTAINMENT you desire. Close to Freeways: Interstate 101, I-17, I-10. This property is situated in a newer residential neighborhood close to everything you'll need to enjoy your home away from home. Our walking trails, parks, and locations are more than you can hope for.

Bedroom: Furnished with a super comfortable and luxurious Queen-sized bed, nicely decorated with plenty of room to spread out and make yourself at home. Bed linens and extra blankets. Ceiling Fan, extra space heater. Hummingbird feeder located outside of bedroom window for up close nature watching!

Bathroom: Supplied with complimentary toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner), hair dryer, bath towels, hand soap, bath soaking tray, vanity mirror. Shower/Tub combo.

Kitchennet: Separate Kitchennet off the living room area to include an eat-in dining area. The dining table leaflet folds down for additional room. TV tray tables for added comforts of home. Comes fully equipped to make a meal with the following:

- Refrigerator, Pots, Pans, Plates, coffee mugs, cups, wine glasses, bowls, silverware, cooking utensils, Keurig coffee maker, complimentary coffee, complimentary tea, air fryer, microwave, dishtowels, and paper towel.

Excellent Casita Stay in Glendale, Arizona

My wife and I enjoyed our three night stay in this stunning casita in March of 2023. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped living room, kitchenette, bedroom, and bath. Quiet home and quiet neighborhood very close to Camelback Ranch. Would definitely stay here again. Friendly and helpful host.

2nd Great Stay

We stayed in this great casita for four nights in March of 2024, which is is second time we stayed there. I highly recommend this beautiful well equipped place! Super neat and clean, well organized, comfortable bed, convenient location, both drip and Keurig coffee makers available. We would certainly stay here again. Everything is just a short drive away, very convenient to the 101 freeway. Very nice owners to deal with!

Great Little Place

Clean living room/kitchenette/bedroom/bathroom in a new and quiet neighborhood. Perfect spot if you're coming to Glendale for sporting events or concerts. Can walk to State Farm Stadium in about a half hour or Camelback Ranch in an hour. Easy access to 101.

Very Impressed!

The place was just exactly what I needed. What I appreciate most was the willingness of the owner to be flexible with my last minute one night stay request. The price was very fair considering it's a 2 minute drive from the Caridnals Stadium. The backyard was beautifully done. I can't say enough how much I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the owner.
