Cozy Tiny House in the heart of Phoenix

Incredible custom built tiny home with full size amenities. Great space for long term stays with a full private yard, parking space behind a locked gate. Economy size washing machine for doing a small load of laundry, full size fridge, two A/c units, gas stove, full size tile shower, hammock, outdoor bbq and seating area are just some of the notable amenities. I am an owner operator with only this one space available, so this is not a business or major source of income for me. I simply enjoy letting people use my tiny house when I don't have family/friends in town.
