We have multiple CozySuites units in this building and each one is unique. Decor and layout may vary slightly from what you see in photos



This CozySuite is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay.

Note: This is a garden style unit that requires 1-2 floors of stairs. Please reach out to us before booking if you can't do stairs because we do have ground floor units!

We are located in Glendale, right in the Westgate entertainment area. Enjoy live music, movies, football, and dining all in 1 place, just across the street from our building!



Getting Around:

Ideally located close to different attractions, we are just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft ride anywhere!



Other Things to Note:

Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500.

To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

The Cozy Suites in Glendale is perfect for a short business trip. Unfortunately we were there with another family for spring break to watch our sons play high school baseball and enjoy spring training MLB games. We thought we would be close to our friends unit but ended up in completely different complexes with different pools and fencing between. Our unit looked clean but as we walked on the floor our feet were black on the bottom. The refrigerator was all smeared and looked like someone just wiped but did not use any cleaner. At closer inspection I feel the cleaning crew just straightened the place but didn’t really do a deep clean. The couch was so uncomfortable and had very little padding left so we ended up buying 2 blow up camping couches to use instead.

Large, beautiful apartment

This is a large, beautiful apartment and super close to the Glendale entertainment district! The complex is very nice and has lots of extra amenities. While the space is nice, the apartment lacks a comfortable lounging space. The couch is a futon and was not comfortable to sit on and unfortunately this is the only place for us to watch TV as there are no TV’s in the bedrooms. We had a small issue with check in but the property manager was easy to get a hold of and answered our questions promptly. The property manager checked in with us frequently during our stay which we appreciated. When we visit AZ again, I would definitely consider staying here again!

Perfect location

Overall this was a good VRBO. It was modestly decorated. It was very clean. It seemed like a nice area. It had nice amenities. It location to the Westfield Entertainment District was fantastic. We went to Camelback Ranch and it was only about 10 min. away. But all information you get is off the internet. READ CAREFULLY. If you miss something, you will never know it is there. We almost got our car towed. We did not know about the fob or the combo to get into the property. We were told by the onsite Leasing person, that every unit has an assigned parking space or garage. If this is true, no where was it posted. When we finally called the only number we could find, it was to a call center in Texas. They knew little about the Arizona property nor did they seem helpful. It was a task for them. Some of this is my problem for not reading as carefully as I should have. But on a customer service scale of 1 to 10, they owe me. The unit was fine, and we will go back. Fortunately now, we know alot more about the property. Great location and better than average stay.

Some areas dirty sand in dryer vents filthy bath tap dripping and couldn’t turn on Only 1 bath towel and 2 wash cloths No coffee maker or cutting board,no laundry soap, toilet paper, no tea towels or dish cloths, no dish washing soap no paper towels, only 1 bath mat After a 2 days got supplies, however handy man and cleaning person did not come as promised. Repaired tap ourself so it was usable
