I am all about convenience and I appreciated that I was able to check in and add my requests of a late check out and adding two pets ahead of time. When I arrived, they had everything ready for me to just sign and go to my room. The room was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel and location.

My stay was a family medical emergency. Living out of state travel and in a strange place was terrible. The manager and staff helped immensely. Close to hospital and there kindness was more than I could have imagined. Will recommend hotel ! Quiet and comfortable. Amazing staff!

Amazing staff clean breakfast was good and it ends at 10 they allowed me a 12 noon checkout since I had a midterm during their stay I was soo happy for that and they showed grace for my horrible experience at the Scottsdale Parkview

Room service came in finally, after the fourth day of being there and we were out rafting the river for the first time. Agree, the room was disorganized, but they refused to service the room and told the front desk it was messy and they refused to allow us to extend our stay. Absolutely ridiculous, we have already contacted an attorney for discrimination. We did nothing to the room and left it spotless and immaculate.

Overall had a good experience, with the exception of the pool being closed on the one day we planned to use it and us not being informed of that until check in. We may have gone with a different option had we known ahead of time. The breakfast was great. The property was clean and inviting. Only other downside was the weird humidity in the room during the day that led to the room being muggy and smelling like smoke from the smoking area outside.
