Horrible never coming here again, Had a service dog and asked for papers and they’re not supposed too and charged us 25$ for the pet fee and guy said that we’ll get the 25$ for the “pet” and the actual 25$ deposit back in the morning and when I checked out I only got the deposit and asked him he about the other 25$ and he said no and he called his manager “LISA” and she also said no to giving back my 25$ and I told him that they were not supposed to ask for papers for the dog and even the guy from that night said that I will get the 25$ back and I made sure it was both of them that I’ll get back, and they still refused to give me the other 25$… Also they had cockroaches everywhere and it was dirty with I guess bug poop and I told him that and my mom couldn’t even sleep inside the room and Slept in the truck and it was too late to get a refund and checkout so we had to stay. So they basically lied to us and probably pocketed the money…

Grosses place ever

Was that grosses place I ever have stayed the rooms are so dirty blood on celings no towels were afraid to sleep under covers first room was not even turned over outside very clean and well taken care of but rooms gross then they want you to leave 10 star review for them

When i tried to check in the receptionist put me on hold to text someone for several minutes on 4 different occasion's, took what should have been a standard check-in experiance to taking over 30 minutes.Bed was reasonably comfortable for the price. However there were two cigarrete burn holes in my sheets. Additionally the lack of decent wi fi is pretty bad in this day and age but for the price can be forgiven. What cannot be forgiven is the outright hostile and rude manner in which the hostess treated me. She had her employee come pounding on my door 40 minutes after i checked in saying that there was something wrong with my payment. fair enough i thought, its annoying and inconvenient but they have a right to make sure they're paid. Come to find out there actually was no problem with my payment with my credit card but rather she was freaking out because my name wasnt on the reciept.... which to my knowledge is neither required nor unusual practice. To be clear there was no problem with my payment and it was accepted. She then outrightly and without cause or provocation accused me of fraud. She literally called my bank to try and get them to give her my personal details and my bank did their job and hung up on her. Having been foiled there she then demanded that I pay her using a debit card, to which i agreed on condition that i receive a refund receipt. The whole experience was awful, i have never been treated so poorly by a hotel. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Good for the price and very quiet. A little run down but overall worth the 50 a night. Annoyed they kept 10 from my deposit to go towards a cleaning fee for their maids. Room wasn't so clean at check in though. Found hairs all over bathroom including pubic hair in bathtub so maybe hire a new maid who knows how to clean properly if keeping deposits for that reason. I'm giving them a 6 out of ten overall because it was nice enough for such a bargain and very peaceful as far as tenant noise. Exterior was clean but giving a 3 out of ten on cleanliness due to hairs in bathroom.

Rooms are not in good condition

The room was not cleaned or even offered any room service. Unclean conditions and the rooms are in front of a farm with roosters squawking at 2am in the back of the building.

What I would like to say is that first of all I paid $25 for early check-in. I was only there for not even 10 minutes and did not return until 2.5 hrs later and was still charged the early check in fee then I went to go take a shower when I came back 2 hours later to take a shower and when I turn the water on hot, I can say it went up maybe in 1° and that was it therefore I was not able to take a hot shower due to no hot water for the shower but get this the sink got burning hot lol. What is up with that? The main reason why I rented a hotel room last night was to take a nice hot shower and sleep in a nice comfortable bed which neither one of those happened but what did happen is I have a sore back now from the mattress, which means now I get to go to the chiropractor and spend more money. This is not how my New Year’s was supposed to happen. I didn’t wanna start my New Year’s off like this. This is ridiculous and when it was mentioned to the staff, nobody gave a damn no apologies whatsoever, no nothing I should’ve gotten both deposits back for 25 which equals $50 I only got one deposit back which was a security deposit which they want to try and charge me $10 for. I cleaned my room as per their rules never ever have been like this in my life. Nevertheless, I must say that Del Rio motel in Mesa, Arizona started my year 2025 off in a negative. That’s not cool.

You get to clean your own room!

Mandatory $25 deposit of which they take $10 for room cleaning. But the room has to be spotless to get your deposit back. No big deal that WE HAD NO BATHROOM SINK!
