Fully updated 3 ensuite bedrooms, including one setup as an office with a Queen Murphy Bed, this home also includes: negative edge pool, spa with rock waterfall, expansive pool deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas, outdoor entertaining complete with a gas BBQ, high end Coyote Pellet Grill and dining table and firepit with swivel chairs. There are minimal steps in this single level home, all furnishings are barely two years old, including 4 flat screen WiFi televisions (living room is 85") complete with whole house Sonos audio.

Four fireplaces come in handy on chilly evenings (Master Bedroom, Living Room, Family Room and outdoor patio. This home is extremely private and quiet located at the end of a long driveway terminating into an oversized 2 car garage with a private laundry room with a deep sink, counter top, cabinets and full size washer/dryer. Utilities are included up to $350 per month. Anything over that is the responsibility of the tenant.

A small dog is permitted upon approval of the landlord.

Please note that this is a desert environment with an uncovered pool and spa. Be cautious with children and pets.
