There you'll find an array of restaurants for an evening out. You'll also be close to spring training, the Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction, and the Phoenix Open, giving sports fans and car enthusiasts alike exciting options. Or hop on a LimeBike rental and pedal to Old Town for an afternoon of boutique shopping. Get active and go jogging at Camelback Park (less than a 1/2 mile away) on the paved running/cycling track. Or make use of the sand volleyball courts, tennis facilities, and softball fields.

Xeriscape desert landscaping welcomes you to this lovely oasis. Inside, you'll find brand-new vinyl wood flooring plus a thoughtfully selected modern design scheme to match the home's original architecture. Two sofas offer plenty of room to gather for a movie on the 55” smart TV. Another awesome perk in the living area is the full-size pool table!

Retro House

This house was great for my adult daughter and I and our dog. The neighborhood is quiet and there are some great parks nearby for walking. Everything worked, the beds were comfortable and it was easy to get to where we wanted to go.

The house is in a great location for tourist sites and easy highway access. The house is older and in need of updates but clean. The management company was extremely responsive to our requests Would stay here again.

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay. Communication with Guest Services during our entire experience from the beginning, during, and checkout has been exceptional. The property was as advertised, nice & clean. It was spacious, we did jot fill like we were on top of each other. The neighborhood was nice & clean. We were able to cook in lieu of eating out for every meal. I would definitely stay there again.
