Paid extra for breakfast when booking hotel through Expedia, when I got down to breakfast I was refused rudely but the breakfast staff, and told Expedia doesn’t offer an option for breakfast. Went to from desk was told the same thing rudely. Went back up to my room and they call to tell me I can have breakfast. When I go down the lady serving breakfast was incredibly rude, threw the menu down at me. And to top it off? The breakfast was not good at all.

This is our go-to hotel when we're in the Phoenix area. Good location for our typical activities. Rates are always reasonable, and staff is always friendly. Rooms are always clean, though this visit ours was starting to show some wear. The architecture of the buildings is very nice and we especially like the Frank Lloyd Wright-esque touches and feel.

In the tradition of Hilton's, I was expecting to be as equal of the other Hilton's I have stayed...the place is built for conferences wide open areas like a resort campus. My sink had a slow drain but we were there for two days. I dealt with it. The fitness center was impressive. Like I said I was just expect more. First floor. It felt kinda clammy. But many traditional... only spark there was a Dennys nearby. But nothing else.
