Rooms need an upgrade for sure! Bathroom had a pocket door that was very difficult to close. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Pillows were terrible (completely flat, no support). The tv faced away from the bed and did not turn enough to watch tv from bed. Had to move entire cabinet (which was very heavy). The hotel is also in an area that has a lot of homeless. We paid $250/night and def was not worth that. Staff was nice though.

Reason we traveled/booked this hotel was for pool & hot tub amenities, only to find upon check the pool/hot tub area had been closed for almost a year. This is not presented on the hotel description page. False advertising!!

My air conditioner didn't work I had to have maintenance come fix it. When I took a shower the water was leaking out of the shower and was all over the floor when I got out.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable and tv is in an awkward spot you have to turn it in order to watch tv from the bed. But other than that it was a good hotel! Location is great too so many restaurants near by! I would stay again!

From what we heard from others, this was one of the better hotels in this part of town. That said the hotel was in much need of an update and we were disappointed to learn the pool was under construction which was one of the reasons we booked it. The staff were nice but maybe stay elsewhere or drive a little further for spring training.
