The property was beautiful and super comfortable from the moment you stepped thru the front door. Super quiet location and the view from the back patio was terrific. For me the putting green was bonus. We are planning to be back nest year!

The most important part was hoping that the entry was easy and simple. Ended up being very simple and exceeded our expectations. Chris did an amazing job in answering any questions with a sense of urgency. Very quick to respond. A great touch on the treats and even offered up a dozen golf balls ! It’s too bad the balls ended up in the woods or water very quickly but a very kind thought. HIGHLY recommend Chris’s service and beautiful home!

Perfect for Relaxation

This house is perfect to get away from it all. Quiet neighborhood but close to shopping and restaurants. Every amenity that you could think of is provided. The host is great to work with and very responsive. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Scottsdale.

We were here for a wedding. The Villa was awesome. Everything was high end and clean. Beds were awesome. Very easy check-in and check-out! Being in the boulders resort compound, you got everything right here. Awesome hiking walking very private.

We had a Very Nice Stay at this house.... Chris was great and beyond helpful. Everything that was listed in the pictures of the home were exactly as is. I would stay there again if we come to Scottsdale

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home!! Everything listed and the pictures are as is. The home was clean and well kept, the beds were beyond comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Boulders is a beautiful property with so much to offer. We enjoyed the spa, pickleball courts, the pools and golfing. We also found so many great restaurants close by. The property management is accommodating and responsive. I would highly recommend this place and we will be visiting again!

Surprise 50th birthday for my wife!

Some of my wife’s best friends from throughout her life and I coordinated a surprise party for her at this Villa /house. It was beyond special and many wonderful moments shared. Property owner recognized everything happening and it worked out really well. The ladies all enjoyed pool time and spa services, as well as dining at the many restaurants in The Boulders. Thank you, and would highly recommended!

Spring Break @ The Boulders

Our family loved climbing the boulders, enjoying the scenery, hot tub and spending time in the spacious outdoor area. House was beautiful and exactly as portrayed in the photos. Beds were comfortable, kitchen appliances and grill were top notch and well stocked. Weather was bad a couple of the days we stayed, so we played games, completed a puzzle and enjoyed this cozy home. Chris was a great and responsive host, and we would definitely work with him again! We did learn that it is best to have a vehicle on the property as the hotel is great about proving rides from areas of the resort to the residential area during the day, but they are not allowed to come into the residential area at night to transport you to restaurants on property. That said, we did not have any issues with Uber or Instacart getting into the property.
