I was originally going to stay at different hotel in Phoenix but after seeing the room I immediately checked out. Thankfully I found the EZ 8 Motel. My experience at EZ 8 was great. Thank you.

Granted, for the price you can't complain about it bot beung the Ritz, but some basic uogrades to the place woukd enhance the experience. 1st one: Signage. A few signs to the buikding numbers and whete the top and first floor are will definitely enhance the experience. 2nd: Tv and bed. Get a few 32" flatscreens and a memory foam with a bix spring. It will make sleeping better and the stay more enjoyable. 3rd: Coffeemaker and hot water kettle. Making your own coffee or tea always makes it better. You can eaily ask between 65 and 75 for a room.

Dumpster fire. Place smells like a landfill.

Power outage upon arrival due to over wattage from the heat lamp in the bathroom blew the fuse in the breaker. They fixed that after about 30 minutes of trying to figure out were the breaker was for the room. Then they proceeded to give me a parking warning when parking outside of my room in a semi only zone. No way am I leaving my car out of my visible sight in that area. I parked exactly where a 20 ft. Towable trailer RV sat overnight upon my arrival with no tow vehicle. When I received my warning there were zero other semis. Plenty of open parking if a semi needed to park there. Don’t get me started on all the litter in the parking lot. Looks like a landfill. Why can’t they clean their parking lot? Someone was smoking crystal meth two rooms down from me and was up all night playing loud music.

I just stayed there for 2 days and upon rerenting i was told i was on the DO NOT RENT list With that said. THE ROOMS ARE NOT CLEANED PROPERLY.
