All three bedrooms include soft bedding, blackout curtains, and sound machines for restful sleep. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with an ensuite bath, and the second and third bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. Ceiling fans in every room help keep the space cool and comfortable, and a full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the condo.

- Sheets are washed with fragrance-free detergent and the unit is kept low-scent with no air fresheners or scented sprays used.
- Lighting throughout the unit is dimmable for a more comfortable sensory experience.

Guests may park up to two vehicles from April through December. During January, February, and March, parking is limited to one vehicle in accordance with HOA rules.
