We loved our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton in Phx Downtown North. The Building is beautiful and very close to the Parking Garage in a very clean and safe Plaza. The Front Desk Attendant was very pleasant and professional. He suggested we leave the car parked out front in order to unload the car before parking in the garage since the garage isnt connected to the hotel. He also gave us a room on the 10th floor with amazing city views. The Suite, #1021, was well appointed with a seperate livingroom and bedroom. The furniture was a bit dated but clean. The beds were perfect with a medium firmness and both rooms had large screen tvs for viewing. The Suite also had a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine and sink upon entry. The only complaint would be the short toilet. It seemed smaller than most. As a 6'2" man I noticed the seat came up halfway between my ankles and knees. LoL. Finally, loved standing on the Balcony in the evening and taking in the sights and sounds of the city. Thanks for providing us with an Amazing stay in your Beautiful Hotel!

Thin walls and roudy crowd

We had a big group of young guys stay next to us and party til 430am. We called security multiple times and still the noise continued. We all got a horrible night sleep due to the thin walls. Hotel seemed 75% empty yet they out a family next to a huge group of young roudy boys. Makes no sense.

Great Hotel!

Our stay was great! We were on a trip for an NBA game and the hotel was very nice and spacious for our family of 4. We love the indoor pool for our kids and the breakfast was amazing! We didn’t get to use our complimentary drink voucher but maybe next time. The hotel is in a great area that’s not too far from the city and restaurants as well.
