The hotel is outdated, sliding doors were very sticky, bathroom, fridge, and coffee maker were still dirty. Our AC got shut off on the second night and it got very hot and muggy. I had to ask the front desk to turn out AC back on which they did. The good things about the hotel is that the beds were very comfortable, the swimming pool, reception hour, and the breakfast buffet were what made us forget about the problems and continue to stay at the location. But seriously, the hotel needs to be renovated to make it more comfortable.

I E-Mailed and left two verbal messages at the Front Desk asking for The Manager, Tyrell to contact me. He NEVER returned a call. My stay at the Scottsdale, AZ. location was less than terrible!!
