Happy with our stay! Room modern (newly renovated I think), bed comfy, and felt safe. My husband saw a couple individuals who were sketchy nearby, but minding their own business. The hot tub was not warm unfortunately, not sure if that was seasonal but could have been notified when we inquired at the desk about the facilities if so. The pool itself was beautiful with a waterfall, but too cold. Close to restaurants, staff helpful and kind. They are currently working on renovating, so the parking lot is chaotic with storage containers and boxes. Did not interfere with finding parking for us. Overall, would stay here again. I will let the staff know about the hot tub when we check out.

Expedia you need to re-write or stop listing this property. It is now a Motel 6 and one that is under construction. There is contruction bins, material etc. all around the property. Our room was clean but missing a pole to hang clothes in the closet, no toilet paper holder no listed toilet articles save a bar of soap. Towels that one step above paper towels and no place but the shower floor to put your soap and shampoo etc. (remember to bring your own - they don't supply them). Water luke-warm. Coffee was good but not in your room - Go to the lobby. The microwave was not plugged in. TV was not connected to the Internet (we figured that out), and many outlets not operational. HVAC worked well. Staff was good but weary of handling complaints. When I checked out I was fourth in line. Three of the four parties had serious complaints about the property. The upgrades but the parking space eating contractors, are subpar and some times dangerous. Avoid this place for the next few months and maybe from now on. I went here because Expedia rated this highly under the Extended Stay banner. Expedia not too happy with you on this one.

Did not know till we went to check in that they charge not reserve or put a hold on your car but CHARGE your card and to get that reversed you have to wait in line to check out and then wait for you bank to put it back on your card!

All we needed was somewhere to sleep and shower. We weren’t asking for frills, but we still got less than what we asked for. We checked out 2 days early after not being able to sleep through the night due to semi-truck noise, neighbors, and an arrest that took place right outside our window at 1am on a Saturday. Granted we understand budget motels have issues and we were willing to work with the establishment. However when we asked for housekeeping to mop the floors after all of the above mentioned (the floors were dirty from day 1 but we chose to ignore them since it wasn’t THAT big a deal for us) and they didn’t, we decided to check out early. They did not offer a discount for our troubles, though they did refund the two days we didn’t stay. Overall, severely disappointed even though we had low expectations.

Room shown online was different from room initially given. Room had carpet with black stains and smelled. Door jam looked like someone tried to kick in the door. Upon requesting a diiferent room we were given a newly remodeled room, although it was a big improvement the room still showed signs of dirty areas. Seems like the contractors finished their remodel and the staff didnt clean the newly installed flooring.
