Awesome property and definitely a must for those tired of chain hotels. The only negative was dirty sheets when we checked in but Hotel was super responsive and offered to change rooms immediately. I simply requested a change of linen which happened in 5 min. Really swanky motif, great art, and an attentive staff.

Needs improvement

Large suite on top floor. Good view. Funky warehouse style but interesting. Problem was the condition was poor. Sinks not draining, toilet kept running, torn towels and floor mats, very loud hvac system, etc. Still was comfortable, nice bar and restaurant downstairs.

Hotel was artsy but a bit difficult to find. Basic services were lacking with housekeeping. Had to go to a market to purchase tea for coffee machine, soap, and lotion. Towels were replenished on some days and not on others. Very disappointing. On top of that a daily fee was added that I was not aware of.
