Experience Glendale! This 2-bed, 2-bath escape with king-size beds, a sleek living area, and a one-car garage also features a refreshing private swimming pool. Minutes from top attractions and parks such as Arrowhead Mall, Westgate Entertainment District, Tanger
Outlets, Top Golf, State Farm Stadium, Desert Diamond Casino, The Phoenix Zoo and Aquarium. Come see the Sun's Play in Downtown Phoenix. Spring Training in P83 and Suprise. ParkWest is another upscale outdoor shopping mall that offers many shopping and eating options such as Victoria's Secret, See's Candies, Chico's, The Cabin Reasturant, The Vig, Wildflower, The Sicilian Butcher and Hash Kitchen to name a few. All within a 15 min drive. If you want to relax and stay in, the kitchen is fully stocked with just about everything needed to cook a meal except the food. There is also a Blackstone grill available for your use. If you want to visit Scottsdale, it's about a 35 min drive, Both bedrooms have large smart TV's and there is a 70 inch smart TV in the living room. Washer & Dryer available for your use in the unit, at no charge.
You will have the option to park under the covered space or pull into the one car garage. Whatever your daily adventures may be, the private pool in the backyard, will be your cherry on top at the end of your evening. Don't forget, the VAI Resort is opening soon! Again, just a short drive from the house. For those traveling with children, there is a child proof gate lock outside of the 2nd bedroom. This lock prevents small children from accessing the pool.
Both bedrooms have exits out to the pool. The pool is not heated. A workspace is located in the master bedroom. You will find a keyboard and mouse to use. Free Wifi is available. There is a possibility of some street noise.

This home is clean well supplied and the pool was great. It's is a few minutes from State Farm Stadium which was the reason why we went. Denise was super communicative and we had no troubles at all. Would recommend for a small family or two couples.

Fantastic getaway

This was a fantastic stay! The location was convenient, close to restaurants and shopping, yet in a quiet neighborhood with no traffic noise. The home and pool were clean, and the appliances were modern. It’s also kid-friendly, and we highly recommend it to others. We’ll definitely stay again!

Very Comfortable House

Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house with ceiling fans and big TV’s in every room.The pool is very clean, perfect size and really refreshing in the high temps. Pool towels are provided. The beds are truly superior- very very comfortable with super nice linens. The bath towels are also very good quality.A fully supplied kitchen and laundry. I really appreciated being able to park my car in a shady spot under the carport. This house is just a few blocks from an access point to the Arizona Canal Path - beautiful walking, running etc trail that goes for miles.

Brewers Spring Training

We stayed for spring training. The uber ride each way was about 20 for the three of us, so not too bad. The pool is not heated. Didnt think about that before we booked in March, but the water was too cold to swim except the last day. Very limited supplies in the kitchen. The beds are very firm. But the house was great. Very comfortable couches and a huge tv to watch March Madness. We had a great time.

Very pleased with the chosen Vrbo air B&B. Very clean and comfy. A bit more lighting in living room could be used, but got by fine. 3 huge TVs. Great safety for children and the pool out back. Will stay again next time I’m in the area

Cute, Comfortable and Clean

We enjoyed our two night stay. Location is not too far from Peoria Sports Complex which is why we came to town. Beds were super comfortable! Very clean in every room. I Loved having complimentary beverages and snacks!Only downside was a lot of neighborhood traffic noise.
