The space
Our home sleeps 11 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. You'll find it's the perfect spot for a family or two, a group golf trip, or a guys’ or girls' trip. We have tastefully designed it to be a stylish yet cozy place to hang out.
We have several great spaces where you'll enjoy lounging including the living room with a 65" TV, and spacious dining room that seats 8.
If you choose to play a round of golf at one of the many nearby courses, challenge your friends to a putting contest on the newly installed putting green to wind down after a busy day.
ACTIVITIES AND FOOD
You can easily get to hiking trails, golf courses, sporting events, shopping, and top-notch restaurants. There is a tremendous food scene just minutes away in Downtown Chandler. If you are lucky enough to be here on a Saturday morning, you will be in for a treat at the Farmers' Market downtown.
If you’re looking for a round of golf, there are too many options to count but the Ocotillo Golf Resort is one of our favorites and is 10 minutes South. Conveniently located by the freeway, you’ll have easy access to Scottsdale, Phoenix, and the surrounding areas.
Family friendly attractions include the Phoenix Zoo, Aquarium, Main Event, TopGolf, and water parks. Check out our guidebook for a complete list of fun things to do including nightlife, food scene, golf courses, brunch spots, and family fun.
If you are staying in, you can enjoy food delivery from a wide variety of local restaurants (one of our personal favorites is Flower Child!). You can also cook in our fully equipped kitchen.

Guest access
You will have access to the whole property with the exception of the garage and owner’s pantry.
Other things to note
-If you would like to have the pool heated, we charge $75/night for covering our costs to heat the pool. (Minimum of $150)
-If you would like unlimited access to our level 2 EV charger, we charge: $25 for stays 2 nights, $50 for 3-5 nights, $75 for 6-13 nights, and $100 for 14-21 nights. We will work out a fair rate if you are staying 22+ nights.
-The pool is deep (~9 feet) and unfenced, so children must be supervised at all times. We provide child locks on all backyard doors for added safety.
-Pack and play and high-chair available upon request.
-For your protection, we have outdoor security cameras throughout the property (front door, driveway, pool, and pool equipment)
-While our home is not fully ADA accessible, many areas on the main level have no steps, including the living room, kitchen, master bedroom & bathroom, dining room, laundry, 2nd bedroom with King bed, and pool. If you have specific accessibility questions, feel free to ask.
-You must agree to all house rules (listed in separate section).
CHECK-IN
Check-in time is 4:00pm. We are typically unable to accommodate early check-ins due to the time that it takes to clean after previous guests. However, you can send us a message on the day of your stay, and we will let you know when the home is ready.
CHECK-OUT
Check-out time is 10:00am. We are not able to offer a late check-out as we need to prepare for the next guests.
