Huge pool and hot tub, outdoor cooking area with outstanding views, close to many hiking and biking trails, Spring Training, Barrett Jackson, AZ Sun Circuit, Cactus Reining Classic, The Waste Management Golf Tournament, West World and Fountain Hills, Old Town Scottsdale and Phoenix.

This Home sets on 1 1/4 acres and includes 2 master bedrooms, 2 additional bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, large comfortable living and dining area and well a kitchen with everything you need!
The space
This Home sets on 1 1/4 acres allowing space for your retreat. The Master bedroom includes a king bed, power lift recliner with remote, large tv and great bathroom. This bathroom is also handicap accessible.
The second bedroom also has a king bed, TV, sitting area and access to the patio and pool area.
Third bedroom has a queen bed and the fourth bedroom includes twin beds.
The bathroom has a shower tub combination and double sinks.
Large comfortable living room with reclining couches and chair. How about a 75" Sonly Smart TV for entertainment. The well-stocked kitchen has everything you will need and then some. Oh, don't forget the outdoor cooking area with BBQ, grill top and separate burner. There is also a small refrigerator in the backyard.
