There was NO water in the shower. The girl at the front desk didn't seem to care or do anything about it. It was very important for my MIL to take a shower before her surgery. I was told by the front desk twice that they would call me back and maybe have us use a different room to shower. I never received a call. The manager said he would give us some honors credit, which I appreciate. I went back 3 hours later, after she went to surgery and there still wasn't any water. The room was nice, and clean. Just upset that the front desk didn't do ANYTHING to help us.

Staff were great. Room was clean. Breakfast was delicious and many options. Parking is plentiful, convenient, and safe. The only downside was the thin insulation. We can hear the people's next door conversations and the loud stumping noises from the person above walking.
