There is a sparkling heated pool, Hot Tub, putting green, pool table, and movie room complete with a big, comfy couch and 85" TV.
Comfortably sleep up to 14 guests.

If you're looking for a place for a party or large event/gathering, this home is not for you as we are in a private and peaceful neighborhood with families.
Expect this home to come stocked with just about everything you need to enjoy a home-cooked meal and a great night's rest!

- Pool table and electronic dart board
- Full kitchen with dual Viking ovens
- Spacious backyard with putting green, hot tub, and heated pool
- 2 desks/workstations in different rooms

- BBQ grill (gas)
- 2 bathrooms on the main floor, one full bathroom inside one of the bedrooms, and half bathroom in the common area.
**The pool is heated from November 1st through the end of May to approximately 85 degrees, and it's included at no extra cost! Please note, however, that if the outside temperature drops below 60 degrees, the pool may not maintain its 85-degree temperature.**
Please note that if you will be bringing a boat/trailer, etc, that it must be parked behind the gate on the side of the house. Per HOA regulations, it must not be in the street or driveway.
