The hotel was clean, and was set up for Xmas, with lights adorning an outdoor hallway to enter the hotel, which felt like a VIP entrance. Each outdoor couch and table setting had its own Xmas throw blanket. Was walkable to everything. The staff was amazing. Especially Mach, who made our experience special and rememberable!

Great service, clean, nice pool and patio areas. Beds were very hard and walls are thin, a little noisy at night. Loved how close it is to shopping and restaurants, very walkable and safe. I’d probably try another hotel next time because of the bed and noise.

Oh my gosh, I have stayed here before it has always been great. Everyone is so nice, the pool area and all the outside area is so amazing! I called my hubby and said, we need these outdoor sectionals. My brother in law was so excited to see the putting green. We had the best time ever. Needed a little solo getaway, and the Hilton Garden Inn was absolutely perfect. The young lady who checked me in had exceptional customer service skills—warm, professional, and welcoming. I loved spending time by the pool, and the location couldn’t be better—everything in Old Town is within walking distance. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was spotless. I’ll definitely be back!
