Bathroom was moldy and needed renovation. Room was in slightly better condition. Booked a room with lounge access, but lounge was never open. No refund was offered for downgraded experience. Food in onsite restaurant was fair. Awakened at 2:30 am to a fire alarm. Instructed to evacuate for 40 minutes. Cannot recommend this property.

perfect overnight before flight, so close to airport & the woman at the front desk was so incredibly nice & helpful. I was very impressed by the professionalism & high level of service. Its an older property so its one of those things where its not fancy on the outside but its top notch on the inside. Definitely coming back here when I need to be close to the airport in Phoenix.

Unhappy that for the price there was no continental breakfast. Room was clean but not maintained as well as expected for a Hilton: worn/stained tiles in shower, worn paint on door frame. Charging port on one side of the bed was faulty, and wall sconce installed crooked!
