The staff & cleanliness of our room and building was great. The breakfast was good, empty most days, staff had a hard time keeping up due to crowd, it was overly packed and chaotic. Our room was below a family suite so we didn’t sleep most nights due to children running around duechildren's

Great spacious room, clean and comfortable. Needed a pick up at 44th street station after taking our rental car back. They were very curteous and punctual in coming to get my husband and I. I prescheduled a ride to the airport that same night for 7 am in the morning. Again the front desk person was very curteous. I would definately stay here again.

From the moment I reached out about arriving late on 12/25 to our airport drop off, the customer service was excellent! Rooms are clean, spacious, and beds are comfortable. You can’t beat having the airport shuttle option and a great actual buffet breakfast!

Receptionist was great. Very helpful. Room was clean as it should be, bed was comfortable with giant pillows(4 of them) very comfortable. Breakfast was good lots to choose from. Will stay again
