If you left the bathrm door open, the drain smells would permiate the rm w/ the smell of sewers! There was not a blanket in ANY cabinet of the rm. We paid a lot for just a few hours in the rm…it felt like a low-end rm. We don’t know if we were given that room because we booked through YOU, a third party, or if all of the rooms are sub-par. We will NEVER stay in a Hilton again.

I can't mention enough about how welcoming all the staff was, really made my stay! Their breakfast was probably the best breakfast included hotels I've stayed at around the Phoenix vicinity compared to Glendale, Peoria, and Avondale areas. I would definitely recommend.
