Average stay. Never received room service, but I was able to get extra coffee pods from the front desk. Breakfast was better than average hotel breakfast. Staff were friendly. Room was clean but bedding could have been nicer.

Give my nose a break please

Rooms were fine but the deodorizer was disturbing and burned our throats and noses. Unbearable really. Cant open any windows and the air conditioner made it worse.Thank goodness we only spent a couple nights there. By the time we left our noses were very sore and clogged and throats raspy. Beds not comfortable at all. Water pressure was just barely enough. I would not stay there again.

Reservation was missing; no shower gel in showe

I booked with hotels.com and when I arrived at the hotel, they couldn't find my reservation. I wasted about 15 minutes contacting hotels.com and finally it seems they sent over whatever info was needed to get the reservation to show up. Disappointing. Plus the room's shower gel was empty, but I found out too late, while in the shower, so overall not a great experience.

Far From Hilton Standards

I recently stayed at the Home2 Suites in North Scottsdale, and unfortunately, it was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. While the front desk associate at check-in was somewhat pleasant, the rest of my stay left much to be desired. Upon entering my room, I noticed it could have been cleaner, but I chose not to say anything initially. Later that evening, after returning from an event, I discovered long hairs all over the room and even a vape left behind on the nightstand—completely unacceptable and unhygienic. To make matters worse, the heat in the room did not work, making the stay even more uncomfortable. I called the front desk immediately to report the issues, but the response was disheartening. The staff member I spoke with seemed indifferent and simply told me to check with a manager the next day around noon. The following morning, I spoke with the cleaning manager, expecting an apology or some accountability. Instead, I was met with excuses. While they did conduct a "deep clean" of the room later that day, it still wasn’t thorough, and the furniture needed additional attention. Additionally, basic amenities were poorly maintained. The coffee in the room was never restocked, and while towels were replaced, no other housekeeping was done—bed was left unmade, and supplies were not replenished. The lack of consistency and attention to detail was puzzling. On a positive note, the hotel is in a convenient location for North Scottsdale, and the

Stay here for everything but the breakfast

Everything about this hotel was great with the exception of breakfast. It was high in simple, sugary carbs and low in quality protein. The yogurt now comes out of a machine instead of individual cartons which keeps me from reading ingredients. I understand that the price of food has gone up but it would be better to offer fewer items of high quality than a large variety of items of low quality.

Big clean room .. but

Hotel and room seemed very clean. The 1 bdrm room was very large, had good sized TV in Main rm and bdrm. BUT the box of Kleenex only had a few tissues, no second box. Worse, I found out once I was in the shower with my hair shampooed that the shower gel was empty. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in numerous countries, I've never had that happen before.
