Nice hotel in Downtown Area

Hotel was nice and clean and well furnished. The breakfast was good too. I stayed here with my kids and we walked up to Symphony Hall for a fieldtrip the next morning. The front desk and valet staff were super helpful and let me keep my bags in the back room (and kept the car in the valet) until the field trip was over and we walked back to the hotel.

Lovely Experience minus the other Guests

Overall the staff, location, and hotel was excellent!! However unfortunately the guest running up and down the halls at different and late times at night made it unpleasant.

Bathroom appeared to be kind of dirty. When house keeping people came, some dirty towels were left on the bathroom floor still. The pull out bed is the worst we had from all of our travel experiences. You literally feel every single wire on that pull out bed. Not a whole lit of soybd proof. House keeping people started to vacuum around 8am ish. It sounded like they were just doing it right next to you. It was way too loud. Parking was hit and miss especially when it is valet parking. There wasn't anyone to park our car one evening. There was another car waiting to be parked as well. So we were left without not knowing what to do. We vasixally had to find a place on the street hoping that our car would eventually get parked by the valet staff. We were told to keave the car keys eith the front desk. It took a while to get our car too. They have a text message app system but most of the time they didn't recognize that we requested for the car until we went to talk to them as we were about to leave. They have pretty decent breakfast options.

The room is big and spacious but it doesn’t smell fresh. The shower doesn’t have enough pressure. The bedsheet is clean. It doesn’t have self parking just only valet parking. Staffs are very nice and helpful.

Very friendly staff. Room was clean and fresh. Nice amenities. Good breakfasts with lots to choose frim. The one downside was our room was not ready at 3pm to check in.
