The location is super close to downtown with a ton of options to eat within walking distance. The hotel itself is clean and quiet and the breakfast has a variety of things to eat that are all really good. The front desk and staff are super friendly. The only complaint I have is housekeeping came into my room after hanging the “do not disturb” sign was hanging on the door. My wife and I were laying in the bed watching tv when this happened. Not really a big deal but do not disturb means do not disturb. Overall a 9-10. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, just down the street from upcoming downtown and the baseball field! Staff was friendly and informative. The onky parking option was valet, but worth it. Just a test and they got your vehicle in mins. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the exercise room and the layout of the breakfast area/reception area. And the breakfast with local made yogurt, waffles, egg sandwiches and good coffee was excellent. The rooms were really comfortable, nice bathrooms. Our family of 8 thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I appreciate the staff . They were so pleasant and kind . I did not like paying $45 a night to valet park in an UNCOVERED LOT. That’s ridiculous. My truck is all black and needs covered or the windows vented open and that couldn’t be done here . But ultimately pleasant stay so far, we haven’t had the breakfast yet ir used the gym .

If you chose a room with a sofa bed then be expecting a very uncomfortable nights sleep unless you enjoy sleeping on a bed of nails…BUT when I went to the front desk asking for a room switch, Teana at the front desk was so wonderful and accommodating that it made it less inconvenient, thank you Teana. Hotel was clean, valet parking was great. For me personally, I found the ultra white lighting made the look and feel less elegant and warm than it could have been.

This was my first time staying at this location. The room was super nice, loved that it had the kitchen in it. The beds were a little hard, the fact that the bathroom door did not lock was not good i have two little ones and we had to keep after them to stay out of the bathroom. The handle to the bathroom faucet was broken so we had to call maintenance in to fix it and there was old blood splattered on the front of the bathroom counter and the light switch, so house keeping had to come in and clean it up for us.

Great hotel for families

Hotel is located within walking distance of many restaurants and the convention center. Valet parking was convenient but pricey. Free breakfast had a variety of options.
