Room condition was okay. Food is poor, particularly the eggs. You can tell where it has not been renovated. Front staff is poor: no smile, they don’t talk when you arrive or come to the front counter. I felt like a family that owns the hotel and the son and daughter dislike working there, but they have too.

Good: Staff was wonderful. Very friendly, courteous, and responsive. Room was very clean. Bad: Had a small fridge that didn't keep food cold. No microwave. Next to a busy road. "Fitness center" had a treadmill and a Peleton...that's it! Not much of a fitness center. Small pool is by the front door and close to noisy, busy road...not very relaxing nor private. Breakfast included lukewarm to cold scrambled eggs and sausage links, waffles, one cereal option, yogurt, bagels, white bread and small, sugary muffins. Coffee wasn't good. Overall: It's good if you just want rest in a clean room, but the amenities are lacking if you want a few extra "niceties".

The room was not as pictured. There was no couch and it was very dark. It was also very noisy - the hotel is on a main road which creates loud traffic noise to the point that we thought the window was open, but it was not. The walls are thin ... we could hear noise from down the hall that would make my grandmother blush. So glad my kids were not with us to hear what we could hear from the hallway outside our door! The most frustrating part, however, was when extenuating circumstances with one of our kids, (who was staying at a different hotel with his team but became sick and needed to bunk in with us), made it so we needed another bed. With no couch in our room as advertised we had nowhere for him to sleep. At check-in we requested to cancel two nights of our stay so we could accommodate our sick kid and were only refunded for one of the nights. In spite of this we were more than glad to leave this hotel for a different one. It felt like a frat house.

My hall smelled of weed from the time we got off the elevator. The rooms around us were so loud, even until 4am. Hotel conditions are not as expressed in the description of the listing, it’s rough.

Staff was competent, windows were blacked out with 2 sets of blinds on each window. The property was extremely unkept, no hot water in the shower. When I travel I always try to stay at a La Quinta if possible and always enjoy the experience. I never give reviews but this time it’s necessary
