I appreciated the email asking what time we were expected to be at the property, because we had a late flight. For some hotels it's a problem if you are not checked in before midnight, but not at this hotel. I also appreciated receiving a checkout email that was quick and painless. The breakfast was delicious and the pool area was a lot of fun! The staff was super friendly and helpful.

It was insanely expensive for what it was. We booked the room for five people, two queens and a pull out full. When we checked in, they told us they only had a king room available?!? At 3 in the afternoon. The room was not clean, hopefully they changed the sheets, not just made the bed. The pools didn’t have towels, I had to go in twice to ask for some. The breakfast was awful, mushy strawberry and burnt sausage. Tried to get some hot water for tea and the water was brown. So disappointing, spending almost $300 you’d expect more.

I booked this stay on the Expedia mobile app about an hour and a half before we got there. Got a confirmation and everything seemed fine. When we got to the property, the front desk told me they overbooked the hotel and we didn't have a room. This is at 11:50PM on New Year's Eve, mind you. They informed us that we could stay at another of their properties about 20 minutes away. Exhausted, and faced with few other options, we took the offer. After an already long day of travel, It was an incredibly frustrating situation. They have NOT offered any compensation for their mistake. How hard would it of been for them to call or text us to let us know they overbooked their hotel before we drove all the way there?
