The staff were not friendly. The room was one of the most basic rooms I've stayed in for a Hyatt and it smelled like mildew. For the price I don't recommend. The ice machine was broken in the hallway and the view from my room was just homeless people staring into my window.

Nice stay in a beautiful property. Close to downtown businesses and convention Center. Valet parking is expensive, but street parking is safe and free between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.. Often available. Great breakfast!

Parking was a consideration, as it can be challenging and potentially more expensive than downtown options. The hotel's downtown location offers easy walkability, but it's important to remember that you're in a bustling city center, which may include encountering crowds or noise.
