They don’t respect reservations made by hotels.com

They didn’t respect my reservation (made 2 months ahead of arrival). I was given one room with a king bed and sofa for a family of 4! Rooms are extremely small, no sound proof and sofa TWIN bed extremely uncomfortable, not coming back again to this place.

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of all the downtown attractions. Fast, convenient check in and bar and restaurant on site. Highly recommended.
