The room was clean. Staff was so-so, a few of them didn’t seem to want to be there. Nice hotel but had low energy. We stayed for two nights and was surprised to hear that housekeeping would not be available. Last time I checked, Covid protocols were no longer in place

The TV in our room did not work and our air conditioning did not work at check-in. The gentleman who did the necessary fixed was very efficient and very polite. Valets were extremely helpful and friendly. The rest of the people we interacted with were efficient - not overly helpful or friendly. They did their jobs but nothing else.

Room was updated and clean. The divider wall was pointless and cut the room off. The staff was amazing, very courteous and well informed. The only issue was the frint desk staff gave us (3) free breakfasts for the following morning. As we came downstairs to redeem, we were told the kithchen was closed and there was no hot breakfasts! Overall great place to stay!

I got two room 2 queen beds with a couch for $133.00 each great price! we were there to watch a football bowl game didn't check in until 6:30 pm.wwent shes ask me who in there other i said arthur telemantes she told the is not under his name ? so i told here i got both room on my credit card( rooms where already paid for.)so i coould not have tat room so i had pay for a new room with one king bed with couch for $186.00 for my two frienf for that night which is on hold on my debt card not my credit card the receptions was ebony that time can you please help me with some kind of refund phillip baca---email phillipp52@outlook.com---505-239-7511 THANK YOU this was on thru dec 25-fri -dec 26 --2 rooms double queen beds with sleeper couc--$133.00 each room total for both rooms $266.00the that i had to pay extra 1 kingbed with sleeper couch $186.00 pay by debt card never got one of room for $133.00 the recptions was nameebony real nice person she told should not problems with this getting something back ,all this happen on thru 25 around 630 pm hope this tThank You!

Clean. Great location. Staff was really accommodating. Only issue was the breakfast on Saturday morning. Not sure what happen because breakfast was excellent on Friday. The Saturday morning breakfast was basically non existent.
