When we got to our room, the airconditioner was emitting a high pitched, unbearable squeal. We had to move to another handicapped room. They quickly accomodated. Unacceptable!!!

The breakfast that is no longer free was horrible. Eggs you had to eat with a spoon they were so dry and crumbly. A lack of food out there. There was a line waiting to eat. I have no issues paying 12 bucks for breakfast, but it needs to be at least average. This was very sub-par. Pool area was so-so at best. However, the bartender was very good and a great ambassador for Hyatt.

Expecting to be a regular room as others. Came to.find out plenty of room and very comfortable accommodations. Ahower preasure excellent specially after a long drive. Near old town and plenty of dinning options.
