The Space:
This Scottsdale private vacation retreat boasts a spacious Main home with a Casita on an expansive property. HÓZHÓ Residence on Cholla is a great place to stay for an extended family, couples retreats, groups of friends, and golf trips!
This Scottsdale haven is tastefully suited for entertaining. Featuring two spacious living rooms, a projection movie theater, pool table, two kitchens, an outdoor grilling area overlooking the putting green and poolside sunken lounge there is ample space for relaxation and leisure.
The Casita features an additional full kitchen that opens up into a beautifully decorated living room with modern furnishings, complete with a pool table, game console, a 60'' Smart TV and a washer dryer. The two additional bedrooms are private and spacious. The Casita master suite offers a king bed with an ensuite bath. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a dedicated full bathroom. Lastly, a queen convertible sofa is located in the living room.
Both homes feature their own beautifully appointed kitchens with quartz counter tops and stainless-steel appliances, a large capacity Sub-Zero refrigerator, and stocked with pots, pans, bake ware, utensils, dishes and glassware. The main home offers an indoor, 8 seated dining room that opens up to a large, outdoor soft seating area complete with a gas grill, and an enticing back yard and pool deck.
Immerse yourself in the expansive backyard with numerous sets of outdoor tables & chairs. The private, backyard oasis is perfect for laying out in the Scottsdale sunshine, floating in the large, sparkling pool or unwinding in the hot tub, on the putting green or around the fire pit.
Per city ordinance we have noise aware systems to monitor noise levels and exterior monitors of the property. Any tampering of security and systems could result in fees and eviction. Occupancy/Family Size Properties must limit all short-term rental occupancy to have a maximum family size of six adults and their related dependent children.

There is a fee for early check in and late check out, is subject to availability, and must be approved by management.
Our home is equipped with a state-of-the-art security system for your security and peace of mind.
We require all of our primary guests to submit a copy of their ID through our guest registration form. This is for both parties security and is our standard procedure. Unable to comply could mean cancellation of your reservation.
Management reserves the right to evaluate and consider every reservation made by individuals under 25 years of age, locals, and those booked the day before or the same day of check-in. As part of our standard procedure, we will require a fully refundable security deposit of $1000. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, provided there are no damages or incidents for which the renter is responsible.
