Getting Around:

Easy access to Hwy 51 and 101 Loop. Just minutes from Old Town, Desert Ridge, High Street, and Downtown Phoenix



Other Things to Note:

This home features a private heated swimming pool available for guest use at no additional cost. Heating is provided as a complimentary amenity but may vary during colder winter months due to outdoor temperatures. The pool typically warms during the day and may cool overnight. A pool use and safety waiver is required prior to check-in.



Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances, and violations may result in fines or removal from the property.



A Ring doorbell camera monitors the front entry for occupancy verification and emergency situations. Additional exterior cameras monitor side access gates for security.



The property also uses a Minut noise monitoring device that measures sound levels (decibels) only and does not record voices or conversations.



This property may not be used for purposes identified in City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
